Q. How do we ship our vinyl?
A. All our vinyl is sent in the highest quality purpose made cardboard packaging. Vinyl records that are not shrinkwrapped are removed from their sleeves before sending to eliminate damage to the covers. The reason some of our records are removed from their shrinkwrap is when they are hand numbered.
Q. How soon will my package get to me?
A. We aim to dispatch all our items within 3 working days of your order. Typically, UK buyers will receive their items within 5 working days. EU buyers will receive their items within 7 working days. The rest of the world may have to wait considerably longer depending on how great/crappy your own postal system is! Recently we've had reports that some items to the USA, India and Australia have taken up to 6 weeks to arrive!
Q. There's a problem with one of my orders, what shall I do?
A. Don't fret! We'll put it right for you. Simply email us at [email protected] and Dan will sort you out.
Q. Do you still sell your merch through bandcamp?
A. Yes! The only reason we decided to set up this dedicated online store is after receiving feedback from a number of fans who either don't have access to a Paypal account or choose not to use Bandcamp for their own reasons. We will continue to sell products on both platforms.
Please note: We do EVERYTHING on our own. We have no label, booking agents, management or merchandise fulfillment partners. All our merch is sourced and fulfilled by Dan in his studio premises. As such, there may sometimes be slight delays in receiving your items as we all have families and job commitments. We will always contact you if we have a problem our end. Every penny we receive goes back in to the band and future projects.
